Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Greenzmart within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Order Processing
    All orders are processed within one (1) business day, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the next business day.

Greenzmart reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to stock availability, payment verification, or operational issues.

  1. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

2.1 Express Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
Charges: AED 35 – AED 45
Free delivery on orders above AED 1000

2.2 Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Charges: AED 20 – AED 25
Free delivery on orders above AED 500

2.3 Local Delivery (Dubai Only)

Up to 7 km: AED 7 (Minimum order: AED 30)
7 km – 12 km: AED 10 (Minimum order: AED 50)
12 km – 20 km: AED 15 (Minimum order: AED 70)
20 km – 30 km: AED 20 (Minimum order: AED 100)

Estimated delivery time: Same day or next business day

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Greenzmart offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option within the UAE, subject to the following conditions:

COD is available only for eligible locations within the UAE
A handling fee may apply (if applicable, shown at checkout)
Customers must ensure full payment is made in cash at the time of delivery
Orders placed using COD may be subject to verification via phone or SMS

3.1 Refusal & Non-Acceptance
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order at delivery without valid reason, Greenzmart reserves the right to:

Restrict or disable COD access for future orders
Charge applicable delivery costs for repeated failed deliveries

  1. Order Tracking
    Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor shipment status.

  2. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery address and contact details
Being available to receive the order at the specified delivery time

Greenzmart shall not be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  1. Delivery Delays Disclaimer
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

Public holidays
Weather conditions
Courier or logistics disruptions

Greenzmart shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

  1. Risk & Ownership
    Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the provided address.

  2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
    Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:
Order number
Supporting photographic evidence

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

    Currently, Greenzmart delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.
